The David K. Johnson Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to raising awareness for individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s Disease and other progressive aging diseases. Proceeds from foundation events benefit Sanborn Home Care of Reading, Sanborn Adult Day Services of Wakefield, Ma, Cure Alzheimer’s Fund and the Reading Scholarship Foundation.
